Collaborative Meetings
The ISF and CNR are launching a collaborative research program for Israeli scientists with ISF Personal Research Grants and those affiliated with CNR. Israeli PIs can make short visits (up to two weeks) to CNR institutes for potential collaborations, with ISF covering flight costs and CNR covering local expenses.

Perspectives on Wealth: The (Re-)Production of Wealth
This call is seeking researchers to explore the repercussions of wealth on societal transformation processes globally. It aims to understand the impact of wealth on various aspects such as social, cultural, ecological, economic, and political dynamics at regional, national, and global levels.
This call invites interdisciplinary research groups (including international research teams), noting the lead applicant must be German with a background in economics or a relevant field from the humanities, social, or cultural sciences.
New Research Spaces for the Humanities and Cultural Studies
The call seeks projects that delve into new and unknown research areas, offering fresh perspectives and exploring complex topics. It supports researchers in opening up new spaces in humanities and cultural studies through collaborative exploration.
By funding teams of two or three researchers, the Foundation aims to harness diverse expertise and perspectives to unleash creative potential.
The grant is dedicated to backing scientific research and educational projects related to oral tissue regeneration. In order to actively encourage translational and clinical research.
This program offers funding opportunities for both early-career (five years academic research experience following the completion of their PhD) and established researchers, as well as teams with a proven track record in advancing basic research findings towards clinical application.
The International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG)
2024 Seed Grants
Seed Grants fund various activities, including pilot studies, secondary data analysis, small research projects, development of research methodologies, and new research technology.
The focus is on exploring the causes, prevention, and treatment of gambling disorder, as well as the development and evaluation of responsible gambling strategies.
Budget: $ 40,000 total.

Research – Associate Program
Globally, institutions offer numerous opportunities for Research Associates or Non-Faculty Researchers (NFR). They work full-time under a PI in research teams, handling various tasks including project advancement, lab management, student supervision and grant writing.
The Israel CHE's PBC has launched a five-year program to improve opportunities for Research Associates/NFRs in select labs. The goal is to advance cutting-edge research, support post-doctoral graduates, and enhance Israel's research ecosystem.
