מהווה מוקד ידע ויועץ/ת בתחום הריתוך לכל יחידות החברה.
דרישות
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת חומרים / מכונות- חובה
• תואר שני בתחום המטלורגיה- יתרון
• הכשרה מקצועית: הסמכה כמפקח ריתוך והסמכות אחרות בתחום NDT וצנרת- יתרון
• ניסיון בתחום הנדסת ריתוך ובדיקות- יתרון
• הכרות עם מערכות תקינה AWS, ASTM, ASME, API, ASNT
• שפות: עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה

What will you do?
• End-to-end management of production Infrastructures supply chain, from the early demand stages and orders until delivery.
• Be responsible for the production process in the company.
• Involvement in the process of outsourcing the product manufacturing and its part.
• Work in collaboration with the company’s management in accordance with its guidelines.
• Responsible to monitor manufactures and make sure that they meet delivery requirements.
• Ensure that products and goods provided by suppliers meet the company’s needs and standards.
• Responsible to define, implement and monitor production processes.
• Analysis and resolve problems.
• Coordinate between Supply chain, R&D engineering teams, and all other relevant teams to meet production goals.
• Project management with many variables and uncertainty.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience as production manager.
• Experience with using ERP system – familiarity with Priority system.
• Initiative skills, outside of the box thinking, flexibility, and good decision-making skills, independent & capable to lead tasks from beginning to closure, multi-tasking, performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal relations.

Requirements - What will make you perfect for us?
We are looking for a B.Sc. graduated Engineer that demonstrated in his studies:
• 85 and above grade point average
• Mechanical design skills using CAD SW – A must!
• Manufacturing process knowledge - at least one full cycle project experience from R&D to parts manufacturing (CNC milling/turning/sheets metal, Plastic Injection/molding etc.) - An Advantage
• Mechatronics knowledge – at least one project experience combining mechanical actuation (motor, power transmission etc.) and microcontroller design (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.) – An Advantage
• An ability to translate design concepts into an actual physical model
• Former mechanical hands-on experience (jobs, military service, home improvements etc.) - An Advantage
• Engineering creative thinking

Service Engineer
The Service Engineer (SE) is responsible for supporting all aspects of system support for Nikon step and repeat (NSR) photolithography systems.
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot complex system problems using strong problem solving techniques.
Install NSR systems in customer facilities, executing standard install tests, meeting overall installation schedule and ensuring that system performance meets specification.
Execute complex system repairs in a quality manner and timely fashion.
Perform maintenance support to customer to ensure that NSR performance meets required specification.
Utilize e-diagnostics or software tools for analysis and reporting
Develop and proliferate best-known methods (BKMs).

Functional/Technical Skills
Degree Level in a related Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Physics or Optics and/or commensurate industry experience
Former vast experience in the semiconductor industry or multidisciplinary equipment company. experience in photolithography is preferred
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent English – speaking & writing - mandatory

Work environment
Work location: Intel F28, Kiryat Gat
Willing to work in shifts (24/7, including days, nights and weekends)
Flexibility to travel to training and/or support world-wide customers as needed
