Mechanical Engineer, Product Design
NVIDIA are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our mechanical engineering department as a key
player in the development of next generation Network Switches. This key position includes leading the product and fixtures design, close interaction with HW, PMC (Product management & configuration), NPI, Thermal, Layout, Quality and
Supply chain groups.

What you’ll be doing:
Drive all the mechanical design aspects of Network Switch Box, custom Mezzanine boards and the test/assembly infrastructure (fixtures and jigs) to enable high volume manufacturing
Drive multiple early design concepts while working in fast-paced product development cycles
Independently lead product design from concept, through detailed design, and support it during Qualification, NPI and MP stages
Join and lead task forces to investigate and support production excursions, failure analysis and reliability issues
Collaborate in research of ground-breaking technologies, materials, and processes with other groups to bring in creative ideas that solve ever growing needs
What we need to see:
B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or higher
3+ years of proven experience in electro-mechanical product design, including PCB/PCBA design
Excellent hands-on experience with 3D CAD. Autodesk Inventor is an advantage
Experience in developing fixtures/jigs for product assembly/testing
Self-motivated with a sharp learning curve and able to work independently and as a teammate
High awareness of the quality and manufacturability and understanding of statistical tolerance analysis techniques and geometric tolerancing
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Knowledge of manufacturing raw materials, Hardware fasteners, finishing and coatings
Ability to lead multiple tasks while being very well organized
Handyman - ability to assemble what you designed & train others
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in working with supply chains, contract manufacturers and leading resources such as consultants, component suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing partners
Agile or other product management system
Experience with mechanical stress simulation tools
Experience in development of liquid cooled systems
Experience in IDF file exchange with Layout engineers
Experience in development and implementation/training of new design and flow methodologies

Job Summary:
The validation Engineer will execute the process validation and verification of company products.
The person will be responsible for establishing validation protocols, perform validation procedures and write reports for systems and processes used to manufacture or test products.
Measure and analyse the equipment and processes to ensure the highest quality products are created.
The position often requires coordinating with other personnel or departments who will be affected by testing.
Support the testing and validation of new designs to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will include:
Directing validation activities, promoting company validation strategy including planning, implementation and monitoring of VMP.
Analyzing and documenting test results
Monitoring and testing equipment
Help to establish manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control methods, and procedures to assure quality of manufactured products.
Assures compliance to in-house and external specifications and standards.
Maintain quality assurance objectives.
Write company document’s, validation protocols and reports.
Performs other assignments as required by management
Contributes to process improvements.
Work closely with production and logistics teams, interfaces with manufacturing in identifying and correcting quality issues for new and existing product lines.
Good working knowledge of medical device Quality System Regulations (21CFR820), ISO 13485 and MDD requirements.
Excellent writing skills with ability to write quality assurance reports and detailed procedures.
Good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the company.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A diploma, certificate or other evidence of formal qualification awarded on completion of a university degree or of an equivalent course of study, life-science, medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or another relevant discipline.
Experience of at least 2-3 years in validation testing.
Must have excellent reading, writing and communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Head of DevOps
As our DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for our production infrastructure, CI/CD processes, cloud tech, network and security. You’ll collaborate with your teammates and colleagues in Product and R&D to constantly improve the development cycle.
Eligibilities
:
Proven experience of at least 3 year as a DevOps Engineer
Expertise in the AWS cloud platform
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
Experienced with release management, configuration management and CI/CD platform tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm
Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting systems e.g. ELK, TIG, Prometheus, DataDog or New Relic
Solid understanding of compute, networking and storage infrastructure
Solid knowledge of database technologies and provisioning experience such as MySql, Elastic, Redis, Influx
