Junior R&D PMO
Landa seeks a junior R&D PMO to support R&D programs and matrix in all project-related logistic aspects to ensure the best delivery and achievement of targets. 
The PMO will be responsible for supporting and leading cross-organizational projects and processes, planning and order of materials and consumables management and more. 
  
:Responsibilities:
Lead and control the R&D logistic process.
Plan and support material flow - HW and consumable (order, monitoring, tracking, control). 
Develop and implement methodologies for logistic planning and process. 
Lead logistics-related meetings. 
Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly reports. 
Analyse project plans and resource allocation, identify gaps and escalate to management. 
Bridge and facilitate between R&D, engineering, and operation. 
  
Requirements:
BSc , preferably in Industrial Engineering or logistics 
1-3 years of experience working within R&D multi-disciplinary projects 
Experience using logistics management software and tools 
High level of oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

You will be part of the core R&D team and work on our cloud-based platform which automates sales tax obligation worldwide. You will take part in all software aspects of the process - from early architecture & design, through prototyping & implementation, to production, continuous integration/delivery and maintenance.
 
Requirements:
Must-Have:
2+ years of experience in developing backend and frontend systems with SaaS orientation
proven experience with high-level programming languages like Java, Python, etc.
Understanding of object-oriented systems
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
B.Sc. in Computer Science/SW Engineering/EE or any other related field

Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for any customer issue, taking ownership of Worldwide customer reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution.
Diagnose software and hardware malfunctions and interact with internal or customer resources to resolve problems.
Interact with customers and executives as part of the program roll out.
Support change management activities or system configuration as needed by the customer.
Build and maintain customer’s support team ability to troubleshoot any issue.
Perform trainings , customer demonstrations, simulating new features and abilities.
Identify possible improvements related to inner work processes and tools.
Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships.
Full time job
Availability on weekends. Friday, and Saturday (about once every 3-4 weeks)
 
 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Engineering / Computer Science / Mechanical Engineering or proven technical customer support background / QA / Integrations
Background in healthcare technology companies
Excellent interpersonal skills and superb written and verbal communication skills, including customer facing engagement.
Working technical knowledge as it relates to consumer healthcare products, mobile applications, IT/networking, and cloud system concepts.
Strong decision making, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
