Updates to the Supervision of Financial Services Law
In this update, Head of the Competition and Regulation Practice within our Industry and Regulation Department, Amir Vang, reviewed the updated regulations which allow for the provision of financial services in Israel without the need for a license, including a new type of exemption for payment services provided by foreign companies.
