Adv. David is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition Department.

Adv. David specializes in antitrust and competition law, and possesses significant experience and expertise in the field. She accumulated extensive experience advising local and international corporations on complex, large scale M&A transactions, commercial agreements, co-operations and joint ventures. Adv. David provides ongoing counsel from the initial stages of the transactions, through the filing of merger notices and to representing clients before the Israel Competition Authority and Competition Tribunals, as required.

Adv. David provides comprehensive legal counsel to her clients, covering all aspects of their activity, and possesses an in-depth understanding of various sectors in the Israeli market. She regularly advises leading corporations operating in the fields of banking, insurance, media, transport, real estate, retail, infrastructure, and telecommunications. In the retail field, Adv. David possesses unique expertise regarding the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law, 2014 and other competition laws.

In addition, Adv. David advises her clients regarding the impact of the Law for Promotion of Competition and Reduction of Concentration, 2013 upon their commercial activity. She also advises clients on building and implementing internal compliance programs in the competition field, tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of each client.

Adv. David’s long years of experience, alongside her deep understanding of the client’s commercial and regulatory environment and broad expertise in competition law, enable her to provide comprehensive legal counsel tailored to the needs of the client.
