Adv. and CPA Faig-Neuwirth is Head of the firm’s VAT Practice.

Adv. Faig-Neuwirth possesses significant experience in the tax field and unique expertise in the areas of indirect tax and value added tax.

Adv. Faig-Neuwirth has extensive experience in planning and advising on transactions; managing proceedings before the tax authorities (handling tax decisions, special arrangements and rulings, as well as audits and assessments); and providing complex opinions and ongoing advice regarding the optimization of business activities and management.

She provides ongoing legal counsel in tax related areas to a wide variety of leading Israeli and international companies operating in various sectors, including real estate, retail, communications, industry, finance, capital markets and more.

Adv. Faig-Neuwirth is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, and serves in several positions in the organization, including Vice President; Head of the VAT Committee; Co-Head of the Institute’s Arbitration and Mediation Center; and Co-Head of the Tax Committee. In addition, Adv. Faig-Neuwirth lectures in seminars organized by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and other forums, and publishes articles on tax related subjects.

Adv. Faig-Neuwirth previously led the Indirect Tax Department in the PwC accounting firm.
