Adv. Prawer is Vice Head of the Antitrust and Competition Department.

Adv. Prawer possesses extensive experience and expertise in antitrust law and competition regulation. He regularly advises multinational and domestic companies regarding antitrust matters related to complex M&A transactions. Adv. Prawer accumulated unique expertise in conducting multinational cross-jurisdictional reviews of merger notifications, and represents his clients before the Israeli Antitrust Authority and the Antitrust Tribunal.

Adv. Prawer represents both Israeli and international clients on the unique antitrust and competition aspects of the Israeli market, including the Law for Promoting Competition and Reducing Concentration 2013 (the “Concentration Law”) and the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law, 2014 (the “Food Law”). Adv. Prawer advises on competition and antitrust aspects of various litigation proceedings (civil, administrative, criminal), and provides ongoing counsel to leading clients regarding these proceedings.

Adv. Prawer provides expert competition and antitrust counsel to numerous leading local and international corporations from a wide variety of sectors, including banking, transportation, telecommunications, retail, and more.
