Dear Members and Friends,

What an amazing quarter! Just before we are welcoming the New Year we would like to share some of the significant activities and events we were having over these last several months. We have had many "firsts"…among those some Royal star- dust: we were celebrating at the beautiful garden of the UK Ambassador David Quarry and his Partner Aldo Henriquez, the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Magen Merkel, followed by a first formal visit of Prince William in Israel! In between we hosted the first Trade CFI delegation and over dinner with CEO's of leading British companies operating in Israel,discussions included plans and exchange of ideas on how to further leverage the great relations that are already established. We took the first Israeli delegation to the Liverpool international festival! and opened up a new network of mayors, municipalities and tech entrepreneurs in the area of smart cities. We partnered for the third year with Cyber security center of TAU and Prime Minister office and held our Cyber-insurance seminar. after the enjoyable summer and the holidays season we look forward to seeing you at our many activities starting with the 8th Annual Real Estate event which will take place in October.

HRH The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, travelled to Israel in June in the first official Royal visit in the Jewish State's 70-year history. The Duke of

Cambridge's diverse and intensive itinerary included meetings with Israeli
President Reuven Rivlin and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as a
football match with young Israeli Jews and Arabs in Jaffa, a visit to Tel Aviv
beach, a moving visit to Yad Vashem ,a sightseeing tour of the Old City of
Jerusalem, and even a walk in Tel- Aviv with Natta, Israel's Eurovision 2018
winner. In Tel- Aviv the Prince met several start- ups that are focused on solutions to disables and education.

Liverpool hosted for 3 weeks during June and July 2018 the biggest business festivalof its kind in the world, which attracted over 30000 delegates from more than 100 different countries and presented a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, innovators and business leaders to connect and do deals.COBCOE, the IBCC Umbrella organization of Chambers held the AGM in the festival where discussions held about the larger framework and innovative marketing tools to serve Chambers across Europ.

The IBCC brought to the festival a delegation focused on global future economy and smart cities where the delegates met as a group and on a tailor-made basis, business

partners, the Angel Investment Association, delegates from chambers from around
the world, tech companies, and a special meeting with the heads of the city of
Liverpool where a discussion regarding inviting the Mayor of Liverpool to
Israel with a business delegation started.

The IBCC was proud to be a partner for the 4th time at the International Cyber Week 2018, held in Israel on June 2018. The conference, held by the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center (ICRC), Israeli National Cyber Bureau, Prime Minister's Office and Tel Aviv University, brought together high level international cyber experts, policy-makers, security officials and foreign diplomats.

IBCC and Confidass led for the second year, the Cyber Insurance seminar together attracting over 200 participants. Key note speaker, Israeli Commissioner of the Capital Markets, Insurance and Savings Mrs. Dorit Salinger reviewed the growing risk and progress being made in the insurance industry in view of the increasing Cyber-attacks threat on businesses. A panel of leading insurance tech companies presented solutions for risk assessment and structuring of proper policies, including a pilot already implemented in cooperation with AIG and Howden.
